The Game

Welcome to our beautiful and colorful campsite! Here, we strive to keep our customers happy by ensuring them a joyful night around our lovely campfire.

Our campsite manager – YOU – will serve you anything you wish: from a hot chocolate to a succulent roasted sausage. Enjoy! Have fun warmly cuddling up next to our campfire all night!

You play as the campsite manager . Gather logs from the forest and use them to keep the fire alive for as long as you can… the more time, the better!!

Your guests would like something to enjoy the evening, so they will ask you for a hot chocolate, a succulent sausage or a delicious roasted marshmallow.

It’s your job to cook it to perfection on the fire and serve it to them before the fire runs out!

The Producer

As the lead producer, my responsibilities were:

Lead facilitator to define the core vision of the game with the team, turning it into achievable goals and milestones for every stage of the project.
Strategic Planning Lead for all the features of the game and Task prioritization during the morning stand-up meeting to resolve internal blockades.
Lead during production rituals: standups, EOD signoff, internal retros and regular touchbase with team leads and members.
Feature breakdown, assigning tasks through Jira.
In charge of supervising the Version Control with the programming team through GitHub.
Team spokesperson, reporting progress to stakeholders
Guardian of the Scope: no creepers on our watch!
Keeper of Documentation rituals, ensuring critical data is always saved and ready for use.
Tracking of the QA/testing process, owning the release checklist.
